Delete your account

Two ways, depending on whether you still have the app. Both erase everything, for good.

You still have the app · the fastest

Settings, then Delete account

Right at the bottom of the Settings screen. It's immediate and it's final: account, items, sales, photos, nothing is left.

You've uninstalled the app

Ask for deletion by email

Write from the account's email address, with "Deletion" as the subject. We check it's really you, we delete, and we confirm. Allow 30 days at most, in practice it's shorter.

Request deletion

This page doesn't delete anything by itself. It just opens your mail client with the subject filled in.

What goes

Your account, your items, your lots, your sales, your fees and your photos. Nothing is kept in an archive, nothing is anonymised to be reused.

What doesn't go on its own

Your App Store subscription

It's managed by Apple, not by us: deleting your account doesn't cancel it. Go through your iPhone Settings, your name at the top, then Subscriptions.

You just want off the waitlist

That's a different thing and it's simpler: the unsubscribe link is at the bottom of every email. Or write to us and we'll remove your address.
